Raining day..

Well it’s a monsoon season here in Malaysia and that means its raining everyday. Well almost. It’s hot and humid here. But what I’m wondering is that what people always do when its raining. You can’t go outside or you’ll get wet and cold. Might as well as getting flu and fever out of it. Maybe they just hangout at a food stall when it’s raining. I remember when I was a kid I love to play soccer when it’s raining. Hehehe that was so much fun and in the end I got scold with my mom and a smack on the butt hahah. Anyway, any suggestion on what kind of indoor activities when it is raining?

My Syaf The Geek’s blog have a page rank 4! I don’t know how can it be a 4 PR in an instant. Well after all those hard work and sleepless nights, this is like a payoff, a big one! Now I can start monetize my blog as this is my golden dream to make money through blogging. Higher PR and traffic means I can make more money. Cool! Heheh. All those SEO things I do applied to my blog. Doing link building, join a lot of Technorati favorites train and submitting to blog directories and web directories, and leave a comments on other’s blog.  If you’ve heard that some Internet Marketers can make money in an instant well it’s too good to be true. It takes tons of hard work to get to that money making kind of level and not just in one week!! So wish me good luck and it’s time for monetizing my blog hehe .

What kind of woman is that?

I’ve known a girl for a quit some time and when I text or SMS her or even called her, she just ignored me. And when I asked her why she did that? She said that I’m just using her. WTF? Using her? A social kind of girl like her said a geek like me is just using her? What do you expect from me! I’ve never said anything to her like that before but this is way out of line. She can have party all night long, drink like it never ends, or have sex with a lot of guys and act like a bitch but this is way out of line. Well I don’t give damn shit! Thanks for everything.

A discouraged blogger

Sometimes I feel like a lonely blogger. You just blog the way you like it but with manners and code of conduct. You can blog things that you really like. You can blog things that you passionate about. But if you blog all day and night but no one would read it, doesn’t it feel useless? Unless you want it to be more personal and secretive blog. Not even Google can find your blog. Yeah right. I guess that’s what blogging community is all about. Bloggers gather in an environment and exchanging ideas.

But how can I make money from blogging? I know I can get paid for blogging and there are a lot of blog advertising network out there but I’m curious how can someone make money with Google Adsense? I’ve heard that you can’t make that much out of Adsense but there are tons of Adsense alternatives out there. I wish I can make a lot of cash from blogging. It’s my dream and my goal right now. So to earn more I need to increase a lot of traffic into my blog. That’s what I’m struggling right now .

The Great Turtle Race!

This site is so funny and it is so cool. I’ve found it at Mark Hoppus blog. Well it’s actually an effort to raise awareness and invite donations to protect these leatherback sea turtles. So they’ve made it into a fun race and people can join in to help and support these turtles by signing up (it’s free by the way) and choose which turtle that you want to. I didn’t choose any turtle but I’m having fun seeing those turtle moves from one place to another. What else can you contribute? You can encourage other people to support this effort or make a donation. And also you can help saves the environment and the turtles by not throwing rubbish into the ocean.

Boost Mobile Rock Corps

This is one good effort to encourage youths to contribute to the society. Boost Mobile Rock Corps will give a free concert ticket as a reward for these youths’ hardwork community service such as helps to design, build and restore parks and open spaces for recreation and education. It’s really worth it after long hard days at work and they get to enjoy a concert fill with the coolest and most happening bands and artists. Damn that’s hot! I love free concert and I don’t mind doing a lot of work because at the end of the day I’ll be rocking out at the concert hehe. Sadly, I’m in Malaysia and there’s nothing like that here.

Through hardship of life.

Sometimes life can be cruel to us. Sometimes life can be so wonderful and nice like a happy ending. But what I see in life is how a person can build up his character through hardship of life. Poverty, depression, war or dysfunctional family are among the cause of hardship or maybe more. Well do I face hardship of life? You bet I did. Quit my studies in public university because I can’t take it anymore, quit my studies because of financial burden, can’t get a job, financial problems (as usual), family problems, when I do get a job my boss was such a pain-in-the-ass, and many more. This also lead to my depression and sorrow. I do have to face it no matter what. But I do feel grateful that I still have family and friends. I do feel grateful that I still alive and breath well. Anyway, that’s what I look at life. Hardship will make or break someone in building his or her character as a person.

What success means to you?

This has been in my mind for such a long time. A lot of question I have been searching for answers:

Is it having a successful career?
Is it having a wonderful family, a wife and kid?
Is it have reach your own goals in your life?
Is it having a financial freedom? Don’t worry about money at all?
Is it doing good deeds in your life?

Well there are tons of questions that need to be answered in order to define success but one thing for sure it depends on yourself. Anyway, I’m trying to be successful my self.

Would you date a geek?

I always asking myself is there any woman in this world would like to date a geek? It’s just that I’ve been thinking about failed relationships or dating and its effect on someone. There are so many reasons that I can’t even explained it why all of this to happened. Is being a nice person is wrong? Of course it’s not nice being a player or a person who likes to manipulate other woman’s heart. Well I guess time will tell whether someone will meet the person that they want to spend their life with and etc. It’s not going to happen in a split of seconds or something like that. It should have sacrifice, trustworthy, understanding and all sorts of ingredient to make a long lasting, wonderful and beautiful relationships. Sigh… sometimes it makes my head spin thinking about it.
