I have noticed that you have started this blog (I do not know about the other one) since april, which was only a while back this year.
Do take note that a blog takes time to grow, even really famous bloggers do not start of their blog as being famous. Stickgal.blogspot.com had her first year without much reader, but now, after 3 years, she can get like 50 comments per entry easily. Kenny Sia took half a year to get famous, and a year to get really, really famous.
So do not be discouraged. Give it more time ya? if you ask me, I would say, do not blog for traffic, but blog because you have a more meaningful purpose behind blogging.
