
I’ve been trying so hard to sleep early at night because I know that late night sleep is not good for you health. When you’re sleep, your body is in the rest mode. All your muscles will have its time to rest and re-energize your energy for the day afterwards. But I just can’t sleep early that’s all and it is so hard to do. When I do feel sleepy let say on midnight or 1 in the morning, I feel so weird that I would sleep at this stage. Then I just go on what I usually do, online on the middle of the night up until 5 or 4 o’clock in the morning. Damn it!! Don’t worry hehehe I’m not going to take some sleeping pill. That’s just ridiculous. Anyway, I usually play soccer on the evening and sometimes it did make me tired and want to go to sleep. I guess that is just the way to solve this problems. Exercise your body until you get tired hehe.
